MORE THAN JUST A HAIRDRESSER
By Donna Piromalli
Driven by her desire to fill the gap in the hair and beauty industry, and help young stylists and salon owners improve their communication skillset, Donna Piromalli releases “More Than Just A Hairdresser”.
This book is an educational tool designed to develop communication techniques by understanding emotional intelligence. It shares insights on how to better understand people and personality types, as well as uncover truths about their authentic self and explore their external relationships. Within the pages, readers will also develop communication skills and learn to navigate through difficult situations. Lastly, they will be able to clarify what success means by evaluating every area of their life.
“This is not one of those ‘Think happy, be happy’ books,” Piromalli states. “It is about creating a positive, authentic life that you can be proud of.”
When asked what she wants readers to take away from the book, the author says, “To be able to: Clarify what success means to you, set goals for all areas of your life, explore personality types, navigate difficult situations, communicate more effectively, release negative self-talk and become passionate about your career.”
“More Than Just A Hairdresser” also comes with a companion workbook and gratitude journal to aid in their personal and professional growth.
