About Dawn Williams
Dawn Williams, based on the Gold Coast, Australia, is the founder of The Rebuilt Movement, a global healing movement dedicated to restoring people back to who they were before trauma redefined them. She is a counsellor and psychotherapist currently completing her studies in social work, and the author of The Rebuilt Woman. Dawn has developed two proprietary healing methodologies — the REBUILT Framework and the STONE Process — now used in healing circles, courses, and retreat programs reaching women, men, and young people around the world.
Dawn speaks from both professional training and lived experience. She has walked her own road through abuse and rebuilding, and has channelled that journey into a movement that is changing how people understand healing. She is currently completing a five-book Rebuilt series with an existing publisher, extending the movement's reach across every stage of life and every corner of the world.

The Rebuilt Woman
By Dawn Williams
There is a moment every survivor knows — a quiet, creeping realisation that something is wrong, long before she has the words for it. The Rebuilt Woman is Dawn Williams's raw and unflinching account of that realisation, and everything that came after: the love bombing that felt like a dream, the slow erosion of self she mistook for devotion, the fear that kept her trapped, and the courage it took to finally walk away.
Structured across four stages — The Descent, The Breaking Point, The Rebuilding, and The Transformation — this book moves between Dawn's own story and practical guidance for the reader, unpacking the psychology of manipulation, trauma bonding, and the cycle of abuse alongside real tools for safety planning, healing, and rebuilding a sense of self. It is both memoir and manual: a survivor's testimony and a survivor's guide.
Written as a mother of four daughters who refused to let the cycle continue, Dawn shares this story not for pity, but for purpose — to help other women recognise the patterns she once couldn't see, and to prove that it is possible to rise from the ashes and rebuild a life stronger than before.
For every woman who has been taught to doubt her worth, who has endured what she was told to call love, and who is searching for a way back to herself: you are not alone, and your story isn't over.
